BIS/IDIM DEADLINES

You must submit a full draft and course list two weeks before the final deadline and meet with an advisor to discuss the draft one week before the final submission deadline.  Upcoming deadlines are:

Complete draft and course list:  January 25, 2008

Advisor meeting:  February 1, 2008

Final submission deadine:  February 11, 2008  (the following final submission deadline is September 29, 2008)

If you do not submit a complete draft and meet with an advisor by the deadlines, you cannot submit a proposal that term.  You are strongly encouraged to submit drafts and meet with an advisor well before the deadlines as a successful proposal often requires more than one revision.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Students planning on a concentration in Mass Communication must attend an info session with the School of Journalism and Mass Communication in order to submit a proposal with a Mass Communication concentration.  The info sessions will be held in 110 Murphy Hall.  Call 612/625-0120 to sign up for a session.
